Sanchay was built out of a frustration every Indian family knows — the chaos of managing health insurance, LIC policies, vehicle renewals, and medical records across WhatsApp groups, paper files, and scattered emails.
Why We Built This
The moment that sparked Sanchay: a family member admitted to hospital, and in the waiting room chaos, two hours spent scrolling through WhatsApp to find the Mediclaim policy number. The policy existed. The coverage was there. But in the most stressful moment, no one could find it.
This is not a rare story. It is the default experience for most Indian families — documents in folders, policy numbers in SMS threads, renewal reminders missed, and LIC agents as the only source of truth.
We built Sanchay so that no Indian family ever has to face that again. One place. Everything. Always accessible. Always private.

Sanchay is built, operated, and maintained from India. Our product decisions are shaped by how Indian families actually live — joint families, NRI parents, elderly grandparents on separate policies, and the specific complexity of the Indian insurance landscape.
We are fully conscious of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and design our data practices accordingly — including your Right to be Forgotten (one-click account deletion) and strict no-data-selling commitments.
Data storage: Your data is stored in encrypted, enterprise-grade infrastructure. PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) ensures even Sanchay staff cannot read your family's records.
